Customers are responsible for ensuring products are handled only by qualified individuals in appropriate research settings.
Do I need to be a certain age to order?

How is purity verified?
Every lot is third-party tested, with purity (typically by HPLC) shown on each product page. A certificate of analysis is available for each batch — contact us if you need the COA for a specific lot.
How are orders shipped?
Orders are processed quickly and shipped from the USA, typically within 3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation and a shipping notification with tracking by email.
How should products be stored?
Products are supplied lyophilized. For long-term stability, store as indicated on the product page or accompanying documentation, away from light, heat, and moisture. Handling and reconstitution should be performed by qualified researchers.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store full card details on our servers. Create an account at checkout to track orders and view your order history.
What is your return policy?
Because these are sensitive research materials, returns are handled case by case. If there is an issue with your order, contact us promptly and our team will help resolve it.
How do I get a certificate of analysis?
COAs are available for every batch. Reach out through our contact page with your product and lot number and we will send the corresponding certificate.
